A Few Steeping Points (Answers To Common Questions)
There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us.
A few additional important tea measures.
WE SHIP WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US
*All Products are packaged to order
*Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders
*Shipping times are 3-5 days, after packaging
*Teas are typically shipped Mon-Wed, for quality freshness.
*Processing Fees are included in price.
*Local pickup available on most orders
*Orders placed after 7pm will be handled the next business day
*tea purchases are non-refundable
*1 oz. of loose leaf teas makes approx. 10-15-8oz. cups of liquid tea;
*2 oz. of tea will make approx. 15-20-8 oz. cups of liquid tea;
depending on factors such as, leaf size, taste preference, steeping times, & cup size.
*Tea is traditionally measured, 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup
(increasing teaspoons may produce stronger taste for some teas).
*General Steeping Times
Black Tea-2-4 min
White Tea-1-3 min
Green Tea-2-3 min
Herbal Teas-5-7 min
*Tea is best stored in an airtight non-transparent container, away from light, & in a dry cool place, away from other high profile scents, such as coffee. Tea can remain fresh when stored correctly for up to 1-2 years

*corporate order request of 50 count or more will incur an additional labor charge
*orders with a due date of less than 3 weeks once order placed will incur a rush fee
*orders will not be processed until after invoices are paid
*wholesale orders have a minimum 2 week turnaround
